Section 1.0

1. General Information Disclaimer

The software modules, algorithmic engines, text transformation pipelines, synthetic code restructure utilities, visual artifact filters, analytical scorecards, perplexity metrics, and API endpoints provided on or through HumanizeBox (collectively referred to as the "Services", "Platform", or "We") are engineered solely for general informational, educational, creative writing, and editorial enrichment purposes.

Nothing contained within this website, including documentation, stylistic suggestions, burstiness analyses, or heuristic outputs, constitutes formal legal, judicial, financial, academic, medical, or specialized professional advice. HumanizeBox acts strictly as a computational writing aid, text refactoring utility, and syntax transformation tool.

Users must independently evaluate, verify, review, and validate all processed content before utilizing such material in commercial distributions, published academic works, legal contracts, or professional software environments. Reliance upon any data or refactored materials produced by HumanizeBox is undertaken entirely at your own volition and discretion.

Section 2.0

2. AI Output & Accuracy Disclaimer

HumanizeBox utilizes advanced heuristic natural language processing (NLP), neural semantic re-weighting, and statistical perplexity/burstiness adjustment techniques powered by machine learning architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs). While our engineering team continually refines our models to maximize stylistic fluency, contextual cohesion, and grammatical precision, artificial intelligence is inherently probabilistic and non-deterministic.

2.1 Stochastic Variations & Algorithmic Non-Determinism

Because generative models sample token probabilities from multi-dimensional distributions, repeated transformations of identical input text can yield divergent sentence patterns, vocabulary selections, and stylistic variations. HumanizeBox explicitly does not warrant that two identical inputs will result in identical outputs or consistent heuristic score assessments.

2.2 Potential Errors, Hallucinations, and Factual Drift

In the course of restructuring syntactic cadences, expanding sentence burstiness, or altering rhetorical transitions, algorithmic processes may occasionally introduce semantic drift, factual inaccuracies, inadvertent omissions, or computational hallucinations. HumanizeBox does NOT guarantee:

  • 100% Error-Free Output: Transformations may occasionally contain grammatical peculiarities, awkward phrasing, colloquial shifts, or context misinterpretations.
  • Preservation of Factual Precision: Statistical rewriting may inadvertently alter dates, statistical figures, specialized domain nomenclature, or historical attributions.
  • Functional Integrity of Code: Code processed through our AI Code Humanizer must undergo thorough testing, linting, and sandboxed compilation. We do not warrant that restructured code is syntactically sound, free of memory leaks, secure from vulnerabilities, or ready for production execution.
  • Flawless Visual Synthesis: Transformed images may reflect synthetic artifacts, perspective discrepancies, or compression variance.
Section 3.0

3. No Guarantee of Bypassing Third-Party AI Detectors

A primary feature of HumanizeBox is our algorithmic humanization engine, which refactors AI-generated text to exhibit elevated lexical entropy, variable clause lengths, and organic rhythm mirroring human writing patterns. However, we provide an unambiguous and absolute disclosure: HumanizeBox does NOT guarantee, warrant, or promise that processed content will bypass, evade, or score as human on any third-party AI detection tool or scanner.

3.1 The Evolving Nature of AI Detection Software

Third-party AI detection platforms—including but not limited to Turnitin, ZeroGPT, CopyLeaks, Winston AI, GPTZero, Originality.ai, Sapling, and Crossplag—operate as proprietary, closed-source black-box systems. These platforms continually modify their neural classifiers, perplexity thresholds, burstiness baselines, and token-window heuristic weights without public disclosure or regulatory oversight.

3.2 False Positives & Inherent Detection Unreliability

Academic studies and industry benchmarks have repeatedly demonstrated that AI detectors suffer from non-trivial false-positive rates (frequently misidentifying authentic human prose, historical documents, non-native English writing, and standardized technical manuals as machine-generated) and false-negative rates. Because these third-party classification heuristics are beyond our control:

  • A passage scoring 0% AI on one scanner may register 80% AI on another scanner simultaneously.
  • A passage that passes a specific detector today may be classified differently tomorrow following an unannounced model update by that third party.
  • Scoring metrics displayed within our internal AI Humanizer Detector represent estimations based on general heuristic benchmarks and do not predict proprietary institutional scanners with certainty.

Consequently, HumanizeBox disclaims all legal, contractual, and compensatory liability for any discrepancy between our platform's estimated scores and any third-party detector's evaluation.

Section 4.0

4. Academic Integrity & Responsible Use

HumanizeBox is dedicated to fostering ethical, responsible, and transparent human-AI collaborative workflows. We firmly repudiate academic dishonesty, contract cheating, intellectual misrepresentation, and plagiarism in all manifestations.

4.1 Institutional Honor Codes & University Policies

Educational institutions, universities, research bodies, scientific journals, certification boards, and academic publishers maintain strict, individualized honor codes regarding permissible artificial intelligence usage. These policies dictate whether AI tools may be used for brainstorming, outlining, grammar enhancement, or if any machine assistance is prohibited entirely.

4.2 Sole Responsibility of the User

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to:

  1. Consult and comply with all applicable classroom syllabi, university honor codes, institutional review boards (IRBs), and academic dishonesty policies prior to utilizing HumanizeBox.
  2. Properly disclose, cite, or attribute AI assistance in accordance with relevant citation standards (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE) where mandated.
  3. Ensure that submissions represent original research, personal comprehension, and genuine critical analysis.

HumanizeBox expressly condemns the use of its Services for submitting fraudulent academic papers, unauthorized exam answers, deceptive theses, or fabricated scholarly works. Under no circumstances shall HumanizeBox be held responsible for academic probation, suspensions, course failures, disciplinary hearings, expulsion, or revocation of degrees resulting from a user's failure to adhere to their institution's standards.
